Angela Ellsworth is a multidisciplinary artist from Salt Lake City, Utah who now lives and works in Arizona as a professor of art at both the Herberger Institute of Design and School of Art at Arizona State University. Ellsworth’s work traverses disciplines of drawing, painting, sculpture, installation, video and performance and discusses topics of illness, endurance, religious tradition and social ritual. She is interested in the collision of art with everyday life and public experiences with private practices.
